PRG dance plugs are perfect for indoor and outdoor jam, rhythm, anf general dance skating.
These plastic dance plugs offer 5/16 tapped end which will fit most industry recreational plates that use non-adjustable toe-stop (bell toe stoppers).
Recommended for
– jam skaters
– skaters training without toe stops
– roller skates that are compatible with bell stoppers
Not usually recommended for
– if you frequently use your stoppers and do not want to train without them
– roller skates that are compatible with 5/8 stoppers – adjustable toe stops
