When doing jam/dance moves on your skates, your toe stops might get in the way. This is
when you take off your toe stops and put in your toe plugs – to prevent damage to your
skates or the floor. It is a great way to practise and enhance your footwork.
Sold in pairs.
Will fit all plates that use non-adjustable toe stops (usually separate stopper and screw).
PRG dance plugs are perfect for indoor and outdoor jam, rhythm, and general dance skating.

– jam skaters
– skaters training without toe stops
– roller skates that are compatible with bell stoppers
Not usually recommended for
– if you frequently use your stoppers and do not want to train without them
– roller skates that are compatible with 5/8 stoppers – adjustable toe stops
